Mr. Eisner is Co-Founder and Managing Director of The Calida Group and is responsible for finance, legal, and corporate operations for The Calida Group and its affiliated entities. Prior to forming The Calida Group in 2007, Mr. Eisner was with the Las Vegas City Partner for Alliance Residential Company, which he joined in 2003. With Alliance he was responsible for all aspects of the division’s operations from sourcing and entitling development opportunities to overseeing construction and property management of the firm’s projects in Las Vegas. Prior to joining Alliance, Mr. Eisner was with Lend Lease Real Estate Investments in their Capital Transactions department where he was focused on the acquisition of multifamily and commercial investments through direct investments and joint ventures throughout the western United States. Mr. Eisner graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Systems Engineering. He is a member of Young Presidents Organization. Additionally, he is a founding board member of Housing on Merit, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit focused on transitional housing for homeless female veterans.


Mr. Cohen is Co-Founder and Managing Director of The Calida Group where he leads the Multifamily Development Platform, including sourcing investment opportunities, entitlements, design, and project operations. He has over 18 years of real estate experience specializing in multiple types of multifamily products including affordable housing, garden-style, mid-rise, and high-rise. Before forming The Calida Group in 2007, Mr. Cohen opened the Las Vegas office for Trammell Crow Residential to oversee development. Prior to TCR, Mr. Cohen spent over 7 years in South Florida with The Altman Companies and JPI. While with TCR, Altman and JPI, Mr. Cohen was responsible for the successful development and entitlement of more than 7,900 multifamily residential units valued at $1,500,000,000. Mr. Cohen holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate from Florida Atlantic University. He is a member of Young Presidents Organization.


Mr. Weinstock is the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of The Calida Group and is responsible for all legal and operational aspects of The Calida Group and its affiliated entities. Prior to joining The Calida Group in 2015, Mr. Weinstock was General Counsel, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Development for Metropolitan Pacific Real Estate Group, a real estate developer based in Santa Monica, CA. At Metropolitan, Mr. Weinstock was responsible for the legal and financial operations of the company and project entitlements and development. Mr. Weinstock began his career as an investment banking analyst at Lehman Brothers. After graduate school, he practiced law in the real estate group at Paul Hastings, LLP, where he specialized in representing developers and financial institutions in the hospitality industry, and subsequently, spent several years managing investment portfolios for ultra high net worth families and 501(c) 3 foundations. Mr. Weinstock is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (B.A., cum laude, in Russian and in Economics), UCLA School of Law (J.D.) and UCLA Anderson School of Management (M.B.A.). Mr. Weinstock is also an avid martial artist and holds a black belt in Krav Maga and a purple belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Mr. Weinstock lives in Los Angeles with his wife, two sons and two adopted terriers. 


Ms. Sampson is the Controller for The Calida Group and its affiliated companies, and her team handles all aspects of project and corporate accounting. On the project accounting side, the team’s responsibilities include: job-cost accounting during entitlements and construction, partnership level accounting once in operations (the property managers handle the day-today property operations accounting), lender and investor reporting, and insurance/risk management. On the corporate accounting side, Ms. Sampson oversees all corporate accounting and payroll functions. She has over 20 years of accounting and financial experience in the real estate industry including development, construction, and property management. Prior to joining The Calida Group, Ms. Sampson worked with Turnberry Associates in their residential division in Las Vegas focusing on project forecasts and financials and managing the cost accounting on their high-rise hotel/condo projects. Prior to Turnberry, Ms. Sampson assisted in opening the residential division in Las Vegas for The Related Companies where she was responsible for the accounting on the pre-development of two high-rise projects with budgets of $400 million and $3 billion respectively. Prior to moving to Las Vegas Ms. Sampson spent several years in Raleigh, North Carolina as the Controller for real estate developers that constructed and managed several luxury apartment complexes. Ms. Sampson received her Bachelor of Science in Business and Accounting at Wayne State College in Nebraska. She has been active in various community organizations as an officer, mentor and volunteer.


Ms. Hunt is President of Construction. She is responsible for leading the construction team’s efforts in document development and project oversight of wrap, podium and other high density multi-family endeavors. Ms. Hunt joined The Calida Group in 2016. She brings over 25 years of multi-family construction and development experience to the team.  She has worked for several leaders in the multi-family industry including Trammell Crow and Gables. She has been responsible for the successful completion of more than 4,500 multi-family units in nine states including garden walk-up, podium and wrap products.  In addition, she has completed Senior Housing product in the Las Vegas market including the first income based assisted living facility in Nevada.  Ms. Hunt’s responsibilities have included construction drawing development, permitting, budgeting, estimating and on-site project management. Most recently, she oversaw the construction of two adjacent wrap projects in Southern California which were comprised of 785 multi-family units and two parking structures valued at $120,000,000.  Ms. Hunt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The University of the South in Sewanee, TN.  An animal lover, Ms. Hunt works with two rescue organizations in her adopted home town of Cabo San Lucas, MX.


Mr. Nelson is Vice President of Development. He is responsible for development and redevelopment related activity for The Calida Group across multifamily, mixed-use and senior housing verticals. Primary responsibilities at Calida include overseeing initial land acquisition, entitlement, plans development, asset management and property / joint venture financial modeling. Prior to Calida, Mr. Nelson worked on the Corporate Development team at Liberty Media & Liberty Interactive, a Fortune 300 private equity stylized, investment fund. At Liberty, Mr. Nelson’s activities primarily involved identifying strategic investment opportunities, and executing due diligence across technology, media and telecommunication verticals. At Liberty, Mr. Nelson was involved in the investment of more than $2.4B. Mr. Nelson is a graduate of the Colorado State University (B.S., summa cum laude, in Business Administration), USC Dollinger (M.R.E.D) and USC Marshall (M.B.A.).


Mr. Greene is Director of Multifamily Development for The Calida Group in the Salt Lake City, Utah and Boise, Idaho markets. As such, he is responsible for the sourcing, entitlements, pre-construction efforts, construction oversight and initial leasing for ground-up development projects throughout the two States.  Mr. Greene has over two decades in the real estate industry as a principal, commercial broker, brokerage company owner and developer. He started his real estate career in Salt Lake City, with Colliers International and consulted for a myriad of Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining The Calida Group, he spent 11 years developing for GreeneWaters, a company he co-founded that was responsible for  transacting and developing over $300,000,000 in single family residential, multifamily and hospitality throughout the State of Hawaii. Prior to GreeneWaters, Tyler was the principal and founder of Bridge Properties Group, a commercial real estate brokerage and land development company based in Las Vegas servicing the Arizona, California Nevada and Utah markets. Mr. Greene studied accounting and entrepreneurialism at the University of Utah and lives in Park City, Utah with his wife and two sons where they spend their free time enjoying the outdoors.
